Why are you collecting scans of the passports of applicants who don't hold EU citizenship? These have a great potential for misuse if they fall into the wrong hands.

This doesn't make me want to use (or recommend) your platform as a customer either.

Checkmate of a move asking for the passport along with the resume. The latter should stand in for the former before an offer is made.

I made the same comment last month or the month before. It's super sketchy that they would require a passport as part of the application process before an offer is even made!
